Ryan Best began his career in the litigation support industry in 1998, quickly progressing from sales to project management and technology development. As National Director of Electronic Discovery for the Capitol, LLC, National Data Center, Ryan contributed to a diverse range of projects, personally producing over 100 million pages of electronic discovery. Under Ryan’s management, Capitol was ranked one of the top 20 electronic discovery companies in the United States by Socha Consulting. Ryan has served as Account Manager, Production Manager, Network Administrator, Interim General Manager, Director of Imaging, and National Director of Electronic Discovery. Ryan also provides consulting services for such industry giants as discover-e and IPRO Tech. He is currently trained as an MCSE, MCDBA, A+ and MS Office Specialist, and has extensive knowledge of Summation, Concordance, IPRO, Doculex, and many other pieces of litigation support software.
