In 1999, following a formal education at The University of Arizona, Steve Thompson served a tenure in the printer service and supply industry. In 2000, he started and managed the Phoenix Division for LaserCycle USA, Inc., opening the first divisional office for the Louisville, Colorado company. His results exceeded company expectations by achieving 412% growth in the first two years, and averaging 48% growth each year thereafter. His high yearly growth percentage is attributed to a 98% account retention rate. As a result of this success, Steve was selected to mentor and develop the incumbent manager of the new San Diego divisional office, which now rivals Phoenix for sales and profitability.
